constipated?

There could be many reasons, doctors would tell you. What the doctor does not know is, warm water helps bowel movement. Drink 6 glasses of warm water (very difficult, but it will not kill you man) Then for ten minutes walk around your house.

After 10 minutes will be rushing to toilet.

Suppose you are travelling, and want to shit early, ( say, at 5 in the morning, instead of 6t), your system will not cooperate when you go sit on the toilet. Plan this ten minutes early, do the water inducement therapy, presto, everything is moving
